Working in a data centre requires specialized electrical competence because of the high-reliability environment, redundancy requirements, and strict safety standards. Working inside a data centre is not the same as regular electrical work. Because all systems must stay online 24/7, any mistake can cause outages, fire hazards, or major downtime. As such, we regularly arrange and conduct training from external parties to upgrade our knowledge and understanding of the works that is essential for us to execute the works.
