At LCE Engineering, our people are the heart of our success, and every celebration is an opportunity to strengthen the bonds within our LCE family.

Our colleagues came together to celebrate Deepavali, the Festival of Lights, embracing the spirit of cultural diversity, unity and togetherness. One of the memorable highlights was the opportunity for everyone to experience the traditional application of the red dot (bindi) on their foreheads, fostering a deeper appreciation of Indian culture and traditions.

The celebration was made even more meaningful with the presentation of our Long Service Awards, recognising the loyalty, dedication and invaluable contributions of colleagues who have grown alongside LCE over the years.

In conjunction with our Annual Safety Campaign, we reaffirmed our commitment to fostering a strong safety culture, where everyone plays an important role in ensuring a safe and healthy workplace.

Adding excitement to the occasion, our colleagues participated in interactive electrical knowledge quizzes, putting their technical expertise to the test while competing for cash prizes! It was a fun and engaging way to encourage continuous learning, teamwork and professional excellence.

The gathering was filled with laughter, appreciation and camaraderie, reminding us that our greatest strength lies not only in our technical expertise, but also in the people who make LCE what it is today.
