From 6 to 9 March 2026, the LCE Engineering team embarked on a memorable company trip filled with meaningful connections, laughter, and shared experiences. More than just a getaway, the trip provided a wonderful opportunity for our team members and their families to come together and strengthen the bonds that make our company truly special.

At LCE Engineering, we believe that a strong team culture extends beyond the workplace. This trip allowed our staff to spend quality time with one another in a relaxed setting while also getting to know the families who support them behind the scenes.

Throughout the four days, colleagues and their loved ones enjoyed a variety of activities, creating moments of joy, teamwork, and camaraderie. It was a refreshing break from the daily routine and a chance for everyone to connect on a more personal level.
